Phyto-Source, LP, has increased capacity of its manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. The plant capacity has been successfully increased by over 40% to meet the increased demand for the company’s cholesterol-lowering food ingredient Phyto-S-Sterol. The boosted capacity has been achieved through process debottlenecking initiatives, technology improvements and capital additions.
